Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Espoirs Academy collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Espoirs Academy mobile application and related academy services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Espoirs Academy app, including academy registration, profile management, schedules, gallery, order requests, chat, attendance, and admin management tools.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, role, account status, and onboarding status when you create or use an account.

Parent and guardian information

We may collect parent or guardian details such as full name, phone number, email address, address, work address, and linked player relationships.

Player information

We may collect player details such as full name, birth date, age, height, weight, strong foot, position, discipline, category, level, coach assignment, activity status, license status, and payment status.

Uploaded files

If you or an authorized admin upload files, we may store medical certificates, images, videos, logos, staff photos, product media, and other content required to operate academy services.

Operational and communication data

We may collect schedule confirmations, attendance records, chat messages, order requests, notification records, and related admin workflow data.

Notification and technical data

If notifications are enabled, Firebase services may process notification permission choices and messaging tokens needed to support push notifications. The app also includes limited operational analytics logging for app events and screen views.

Important: Password authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. The app does not intentionally store your raw password in its own database.

3. How We Use Information

To create and manage user accounts and sign-in sessions.
To register players and maintain parent-player relationships.
To manage schedules, attendance, and academy participation.
To support coach-parent or player communications.
To manage store order requests and related follow-up.
To upload and display relevant media and documents.
To operate admin tools for academy staff.
To improve reliability, security, and service performance.
To send notices or notifications when these features are enabled.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

Authorized Espoirs Academy administrators, coaches, or staff.
Service providers that operate core infrastructure for the app, including Google Firebase and Supabase.
Authorities or other parties when required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Third-Party Services

Firebase Authentication for account sign-in and password reset flows.
Cloud Firestore for core app data storage and operational records.
Firebase Cloud Messaging for notification support when enabled.
Supabase Storage for file and media storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, manage academy operations, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Different categories of records may be retained for different periods, depending on operational, contractual, or legal requirements.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, including access controls and cloud infrastructure protections provided by our service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Espoirs Academy may process information related to youth players as part of academy registration and management. Where required, this information should be provided or managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized academy representative. If you believe personal data about a child was submitted inappropriately, contact us and we will review the request.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. To submit a privacy request, contact us at admin@espoirs.tn.

10. International Processing

Our service providers may process or store information on cloud infrastructure located in different countries. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
